Subscribers in Assam were hassled as Reliance
Communications’ network crashed on Monday. The network was down in Guwahati and
most of the districts of Assam, according to the Reliance mobile users.
The cellphones on the Reliance network suddenly went blank
on Monday morning.
Many users vented out their anger on Facebook page of
Reliance Mobile. Hundreds of people randomly posted their complaints on the
company’s official Facebook page.
Even the Reliance Communications care lines were
also not accessible.
