A woman was allegedly gang raped by nine persons at Rangia in Kamrup district of Assam, police said today.
The woman was allegedly kidnapped and gang raped by the culprits when she was went to visit a friend’s home at the place, police added.
Three persons, identified as Pankaj Das, Nareswar Das and Trilok Das, were arrested by police. Other six culprits are currently absconding.
Police has formed several teams to nab the other six accused.
